The main purpose of the program is to offer users a way to watch videos on their phones, but I don’t consider that the application is of real use. I personally wouldn't watch HD videos on my mobile phone, for example. It can also be used to rip DVDs with the tool included especially with this purpose. Some of the supported formats are: 3GP, MOV, MPEG, AVI, MP4, and others.

I enjoyed working with Xilisoft DVD to 3GP Converter. It is a professionally-built program and does its job well. Moreover, it doesn't require many system resources (RAM, CPU, etc.) in order to work properly.
